Biography

2016 (Junior): ASUN All-Academic Team … posted an 11-8 singles record … her 11 victories were third on the team … enjoyed her most success at No. 4 (4-1) … won six matches at No. 6 singles … was 2-6 in doubles play.

2015 (Sophomore): Atlantic Sun Second Team All-Conference… Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team … went 13-4 in singles play, splitting most of her time across the No. 4 and No. 5 positions … also saw action at the No. 3 and No. 6 position … went 4-3 playing solely out of the No. 3 slot in doubles play … partnered with both Arijana Korac and Maja Salibasic, with whom she went 2-0.

2014 (Freshman): Unanimous selection, A-Sun All-Freshman Team ... Was 9-3 in singles play, primarily seeing time at the No. 6 position, but playing on the No. 4 and 5 courts as well ... Won seven matches in a row from Feb. 16 - Mar. 14 ... Was 1-0 at A-Sun Championship ... Went 1-1 in doubles play vs. Embry-Riddle (Feb. 16) and Miami of Ohio (Mar. 26) with partners Diana Bukajeva and Eveline Lepinay.

Prior to Stetson: Was an Italian National Under-16 team championship quarterfinalist. She played in the National team championship B League, and took part in the National Italian Singles Championship. While in the United States, Meregalli was a Super Series Under-16 Tournament finalist in Ormond Beach, and was the winner of both the Under-14 and Under-16 End of Summer Tournaments at the Florida Tennis Center in Daytona Beach.

Personal: Born October 17, 1994. Daughter of Giuseppina and Severino Meregalli. Has one sibling; Tommaso.
