After a four-year career as a member of the Hatters' women's soccer program, Allison Zaccheo joined the Stetson Strength & Conditioning program as an Assistant Strength Coach in 2018.
A native of Hanson, Mass., Zaccheo received her degree in Health Science, graduating with a 3.79 GPA. In addition to being a student-athlete, she was a Presidential Scholar and a member of the Tri Beta Honor Society.
She took park in the Stetson Athletics Leadership Academy for three years while also working as a health coach and volunteer at Florida Hospital DeLand.
During her senior season in 2017, Zaccheo played in all 16 games with six starts. She scored three goals, including the game winner against Embry-Riddle. Her five assists led the team, including two against Arkansas-Pine bluff, and one each against American, Bryant and USC Upstate.
For her playing career, Zaccheo appeared in 67 matches for the Hatters, scoring nine goals with nine assists.
Zaccheo works with the Hatters' women's basketball team as well as women's soccer, lacrosse, women's golf, women's tennis, both men's and women's cross country, women's rowing and the cheer squad.
