Rachel Salvia started as an Assistant Rowing Coach in March 2024. Salvia brings a wealth of rowing experience as a former rowing student-athlete at Clemson University. Salvia was a collegiate rower from 2015-2019, she was elected to the leadership council for the 2017-18 school year and received the ACC Top 6 Service Award, given to student-athletes with the highest volunteer hours logged.
After Clemson, Salvia began coaching rowing at Lake Brantley High School in 2019 and currently is still coaching. Salvia has raised over $10,000 for the team to help offset operational costs.
Not only is Salvia a well experienced rower, she also has a great background in business. Salvia worked as a Client Success Manager at CPT Network Solutions and at FBC Mortgage, LLC. While at FBC Mortgage, LLC Salvia closed over $16 million in mortgages with an average deal size of $500,000.
