Reggie Mosley joined the Stetson women's basketball staff as an assistant coach in May 2026, reuniting with head coach Melissa DeVore after the pair previously worked together at Coker University. Mosley arrived in DeLand after most recently serving on the women's basketball staff at Southeast Missouri. Prior to Southeast Missouri, Mosley spent three seasons at NCAA Division II Coker University, helping the Cobras produce one of the most successful stretches in program history... Coker increased its win total in each of his three seasons, progressing from an 11-15 record in 2022-23 to 17-11 in 2023-24 before finishing 29-5 overall and 20-4 in South Atlantic Conference play during the 2024-25 campaign... The Cobras established program records for victories and consecutive wins with a 14-game winning streak... Climbed as high as No. 9 in the national rankings and advanced to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight... Mosley played a key role in Coker's defensive improvement, helping the Cobras rise from ninth to second in the South Atlantic Conference... Also worked closely with the program's post players as Coker led the league in post field-goal percentage... During his tenure, Mosley helped develop a South Atlantic Conference Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year and All-Freshman selection... Kamari Thompson led the conference with 11.6 rebounds per game, set Coker's single-season record with 334 rebounds and earned SAC Freshman of the Year recognition... Dasia Lambert also led the conference with 2.58 steals per game. Before joining Coker, Mosley served as an assistant coach at Paris Junior College... Assisted with recruiting and player development while helping the Lady Dragons improve their win total by more than 40 percent... Helped Paris defeat a nationally ranked opponent for the first time in more than five years... His tenure included the development of all-conference and all-region performers, a top-40 junior college player and a conference Co-Freshman of the Year. Mosley began his collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant at Indiana State from 2018-21... Contributed to recruiting, scouting, player development, travel and additional team operations with the Sycamores... Also gained coaching experience at the high school and AAU levels. Selected as one of 50 coaches nationwide to participate in the NCAA Basketball Coaches Academy in 2024. A native of Indianapolis, Ind.... Earned a bachelor's degree in recreation and sport management with a minor in coaching from Indiana State in 2020... Received a master's degree in K-12 literacy from Indiana State in 2022... Has two children, Avayah and Reginald III.
