Hall of Fame
One of the most productive players in Stetson basketball history, Kerry Blackshear was inducted into the Stetson Athletics Hall of Fame in 2002. The only Hatter to be named as ASUN Player of the Year, Blackshear also earned Newcomer of the Year honors following his freshman campaign. A four-year letter winner, he became a three-time All-TAAC selection and set Stetson records for career points (1,826), starts (99), 3-pointers made (170), steals (152) and field goals made (671). Following his Stetson career, Blackshear played professionally for a decade in Europe and South America. Blackshear was a native of Fort Pierce, Fla.
