Jacksonville, Fla. -  Mike McAllister's 11th-inning single lifted Jacksonville (24-19, 9-7 A-Sun) to a 7-6 victory over Stetson (30-11, 13-3 A-Sun) Friday night at Alexander Brest Field. Chuck Opachich went 5-for-5 to lead the Dolphins.

Justin Bass stroked two doubles for the Hatters, including one in the ninth inning when he scored the tying run.  Brian Pruitt drove in four runs, the last of which brought in Bass to tie the score at six in the ninth.Â

Corey Kluber went eight innings for Stetson. The Texan allowed nine hits and six runs, though only two were earned. He walked two and struck out six.  Â

Chuck Opachich led the Dolphins with four hits. He had one of the team's three RBI.Â

McCallister's single came with the bases loaded and one out in the 11th off Justin Dechert (3-2), who had pitched two scoreless relief innings to that point.Â

Jacksonville struck first in the second inning. Donnie Vickers singled with two outs and Logan James reached on an error to extend the inning. Matt Lopez doubled in the first run and another came home on a wild pitch to put JU on top 2-0.Â

Stetson immediately answered in the third. Justin Bass doubled in Casey Frawley for the first run and Brian Pruitt singled in two more to give the Hatters a 3-2 lead.Â

The Dolphins regained the lead in the fifth inning. Opachich doubled in James to tie it and McAllister's sacrifice fly made it 4-3 Jacksonville.Â

Kevin Johnson's RBI single in the sixth tied the score for the third time in the game.Â

Brian Pruitt's third RBI of the night came in the seventh inning to give Stetson a 5-4 advantage.Â

Jacksonville bounced back by loading the bases with no outs in the bottom of the seventh. Kevin Ferriera singled through the hold at third and short, Opachich blooped a ball past the dive of Frawley at second and Pete Clifford reached on a bunt single. Cleanup hitter Mike McAllister grounded to third, where Braedyn Pruitt fielded cleanly and threw home for the force out. Catcher Josh Clendenin then attempted to double up McAllister at first but the ball went wild and both the tying and lead runs scored.Â
