The Stetson University volleyball team saw its seven-match winning streak come to end Tuesday as Florida Atlantic netted a 3-0 (25-12, 25-17, 25-15) victory over the Hatters at FAU Arena.

It was Stetson's first defeat since Sept. 14th and dropped the Hatters record to 13-6.

Kaley Melville led the offense with 11 kills, Kayla Weller registered 20 assists, Michelle Kastner picked up 13 digs, and Cailyn Prewitt recorded a pair of blocks.

FAU hit .379 for the match, while Stetson hit .062.

The contest was Stetson's final non-conference match of the season. The Hatters will return to conference play on Friday as they host Florida Gulf Coast at 6 p.m. Stetson is currently 4-0 in the league and sitting atop the A-Sun standings.
