Saturday's Stetson Baseball game vs. Penn was suspended in the middle of the sixth inning by rain. The game will resume with Penn leading 4-1 on Sunday morning at 10 am, followed by the regular game.
The Quakers had just taken a 4-1 lead over Stetson in the top of the sixth inning thanks to a three-run home run by Matt Greskoff off Hatters relief pitcher Walker Sheller.
Penn took a 1-0 lead in the first inning against starter Ben Onyshko on a single by Mitch Montaldo.
The lead was short lived as the Hatters drew even in the bottom of the inning when Patrick Mazeika blasted a solo homer - his second of the series and third of the year - off Penn starter Connor Cuff.
That was where the game stayed until the sixth when Onyshko was lifted after hitting Matt McKinnon with one out. Sheller came on to pitch but surrendered a single to Ryan Mincher before Greskoff hit one out to right.
The Quakers took the fied for the bottom of the inning, but Cuff was unable to get footing on the wet mound and play was stopped. After an hour delay, the decision was made to suspend play until Sunday.
