Stetson University softball sophomore outfielder Jessie TenBroeck (Live Oak, Fla.) and freshman pitcher Chelsea Hostetler (Dayton, Texas) were named to the Atlantic Sun Conference all-tournament team on Saturday.
TenBroeck batted .368 during the tournament with seven hits, five runs, and three stolen bases. Her game-winning RBI double in the top of the seventh inning helped Stetson defeat UNF 5-4 on Thursday. She also collected three hits in Stetson's come-from-behind 7-4 win over Kennesaw State on Friday.
It is her second straight A-Sun all-tournament team selection.
Hostetler started every game in the circle for the Hatters, going 3-2 overall with a 3.38 ERA. She worked a total of 29.0 innings, throwing over 400 pitches on the week, including 172 pitches in Friday's back-to-back games against Kennesaw State and Lipscomb. With her three victories in the tournament, Hostetler improved to 20-10 overall and became the first Hatter freshman 20-game winner since Erica Demers in 2006.
Stetson completed the 2015 season with a record of 30-20 and finished in third-place at the Atlantic Sun Championship.
