Hatters Host UCF on Tuesday

Stetson men's soccer opens a three-game home stand on Tuesday when the Hatters host UCF, 7 p.m., at the Athletic Training Center.

Tuesday's match up could be seen as two teams working to gain some momentum as the regular season hits the home stretch.

The Hatters (3-7-2 overall) are looking to snap a three-match losing streak following a 6-0 setback last Friday at then-No. 12 FGCU. Stetson hosts UNF on Saturday and Jacksonville on Oct. 29 to close out the season.

UCF (3-7-0), meanwhile, has lost its last two matches after suffering a 3-2 loss on Saturday at Tulsa. The Knights are 2-2 in October after opening the season by losing five of their first six matches.

Series Info
Stetson and UCF will meet for the 47^th time on Tuesday. The teams first met in 1972 and the Knights hold a 33-10-3 advantage in the all-time series. UCF won last season's meeting, 2-1, in Orlando.
