The second half of ASUN play begins Tuesday night when the Stetson Hatters visit the Jacksonville Dolphins.  First serve at Swisher Gym is set for 7 p.m. with live coverage on ESPN+.

The Hatters (12-8 overall) enter the match in fifth place in the league standings with a 4-4 mark.  The Dolphins (2-18 overall) are 1-7 in ASUN play.

"I told the team that the second half is going to be more exciting because our peak is coming," head coach Yang Deng said.  "We had a little peak at the beginning of the season, but it wasn't that much. We should have a better record in the second half because people are getting used to their position and learning how to play together. There is still so much potential."

Despite falling 3-0 at Liberty on Sunday, Deng says the Hatters had a spirited practice Monday morning.

"We are not only preparing for tomorrow's game, we are preparing for the rest of the season," Deng said.  "They did a really good job.  They were hitting hard and they had a lot of energy and concentration. They want to listen and do what's right."

In the first meeting this season, Stetson defeated JU 3-1 at the Edmunds Center.  Eva Deisa led the way with 14 kills, 10 digs and four blocks while Rebecca Ingram netted 11 kills and hit .455.

The Hatters will be seeking their first season sweep over an ASUN opponent since 2014.

In addition to the video coverage, live stats, the Stetson volleyball twitter feed, and the HatCheck text messaging service will provide live updates as well.
