Stetson University senior tight end
Donald Parham, who has been named to four All-America first teams in the last week, added another honor on Thursday.

Parham was one of just 11 players from across FCS football to earn recognition from the FCS Athletics Directors Association on its annual All-America team. The group names just 11 players each year, representing the very best in the nation at each of 11 positions.

The sixth annual award recognized student-athletes from 10 different institutions, representing eight different conferences. Voting was conducted by a national panel, consisting of media and sports information directors.

Parham, who is the first player from Stetson to be honored on the team, was joined by fellow Pioneer Football League player Michael Bandy, a receiver from San Diego.

"On behalf of the FCS ADA I would like to congratulate all those recognized for their incredible accomplishments on the football field and even more importantly in the classroom," stated current FCS ADA President
Bill Smith, director of athletics at Bryant University. "These young men are already proving to be great leaders for our future."

Parham has been named to the Associated Press, Walter Camp, STATS FCS and Hero Sports All-America first teams this year. The American Football Coaches Association and Phil Steele have not yet announced their FCS All-America selections for 2018.

From the 11 All-America Team honorees, an Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year will be announced prior to the FCS National Championship Game on
January 5, 2019. The Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year recipients will be recognized at the FCS national championship contest in Frisco, Texas, during an on-field presentation.
