Hatters Visit FIU

Stetson men's soccer continues early-season play on Friday when the Hatters visit FIU, 7 p.m., in Miami.
 
The Hatters (0-2) enter Friday's match in search of their first victory under first-year head coach Cristian Neagu. Stetson suffered losses to UNCW (4-0) and Charleston (2-1) last weekend. Senior Julien Coulomb scored Stetson's only goal last weekend.
 
FIU (0-2) also dropped a pair of games on the opening weekend of 2018, losing to Duke (3-1) and Elon (3-0). The Panthers were an NCAA Tournament team a season ago, reaching the second round.

News & Notes: Friday's game is the 28th meeting all-time between the former conference opponents … FIU holds a 23-4-0 lead in the series … following Friday's game, the Hatters play just once in the enxt 13 days.
