Hatters Fall at No. 20 UCF

No. 20 UCF handed Stetson a 7-0 defeat in women's tennis, Friday at the USTA National Campus in Orlando.
 
The Hatters (1-1) lost all three doubles and were swept in singles by the Knights (2-0).
 
"I thought we competed hard today," Stetson head coach Travis Sandlant said. "UCF is a powerhouse team. It was good to see that level and intensity to the court. I would expect they will go deep in May."
 
The Hatters next host Embry-Riddle, 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 26 at Mandy Stoll Tennis Center.
