Game Recap: Women's Soccer | | Athletic Communications

Hatters Downed by UNF

North Florida's Thais Reiss and Kendra Hoffman each scored a goal and had two assists in handing Stetson a 4-0 setback in ASUN Conference play, Thursday at the Athletic Training Center in DeLand.
 
Reiss opened the game by scoring in the first minute and UNF (10-5-2 overall, 4-2-1 ASUN) maintained that 1-0 lead through halftime. The Ospreys scored three goals within 10 minutes midway through the second half to take control of the match.
 
Stetson (2-12-2, 0-6-1) was out-shot, 14-5. Goalkeepers Lara Bates and RaeAnna Casler combined to make four saves.
 
The Hatters close out the 2019 season when they host FGCU, 1 p.m., Sunday at the ATC. Seniors Lily Ammon, Florencia Baldassini, Katie Christenson, Ellie Hackett and Lindsey Parent will be honored in pregame ceremonies.
