Ammon Voted to ASUN All-Academic Squad

Stetson's Lily Ammon has been named to the ASUN Conference All-Academic team for women's soccer, the league office announced today.

In voting by league Sports Information & Communications Directors, Ammon was one of 11 student-athletes chosen to the team.

A senior, Ammon holds a 3.99 grade-point average in Health Sciences.

"We always talk about the complete student-athlete so it's great to have a senior who did well on the field and off the field," Stetson head coach Chris Bergmann said. "Lily's hard work shows. She's going to be extremely successful going off to grad school. I'm really proud of her."

On the field, Ammon appeared in all 17 games this fall, starting eight times. She registered two assists and registered a career-high 703 minutes played.

Ammon is the 14th Hatter all time to be named to the All-Academic team.
