Hatters Roll Past North Dakota

Stetson women's tennis won for the fourth time in five matches as the Hatters rolled to a6-1 win over North Dakota, Sunday at Mandy Stoll Tennis Center.
 
Stetson improved to 8-4 overall with the win. The day got started on the right foot with a strong doubles performance.
 
The doubles duo of Brooke Milner & Vicky Geurinckx earned a 6-0 decision at No. 2, and the tandem of Megan Horwitz & Alexe Viaud clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 win at No. 3.
 
Singles play started with a 6-1, 6-0 win by Milner at No. 3. Geurinckx made it a 3-0 match with a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 4. Viaud clinched the team win with a 6-2, 6-3 victory at No. 6.
 
The winning continued as Lucie Renault earned a 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 2, and Danielle Peele closed out the successful afternoon for the Hatters with a 6-2, 6-1 triumph at No. 5.
 
Stetson returns to action on Wednesday when the Hatters host USC Upstate at 1 p.m.
