Macon, Ga. -- The Stetson University men's soccer team heads to Macon, Georgia Tuesday night as the Hatters prepare for a non-conference match with the Mercer University Bears. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.

Stetson is in the midst of a three-match win streak as the Hatters upset Lipscomb University 3-2 in overtime on Sept. 25 behind a golden goal from Felix Aakerberg. Then on Sept. 28, the Hatters topped Georgia Southern 1-0 in overtime behind another golden goal, this time from Nelson Pereira. And on Oct. 2, Stetson downed Jacksonville 1-0 at home as Lewis Scattergood scored the game-winning goal in the 72'.

Jacob Gruber recorded two shutouts for the Hatters as the graduate student had a stellar performance against Georgia Southern and then kept Jacksonville off the board for his third shutout of the year.

Scouting the Bears
Mercer University comes into Tuesday's match with a 3-6-1 overall record. The Bears come off consecutive losses to Winthrop and UNCG as Winthrop topped Mercer 3-1 on Tuesday, Sept. 28 and then UNCG shutout the Bears 3-0 on Oct. 2.

Dylan Gaither leads the Bears with four goals on the year and nine total points. Kadeem Agard has three goals, one assist and seven points. All-Time Series
The Hatters lead the all-time series between the two schools 4-2 with Stetson taking the last match up 2-1 back on Sept. 17, 2017. Stetson has won two in a row over Mercer and looks to extend their win streak to three over the Bears and four in a row overall.
