SCOUTING THE HATTERS (0-2, 0-0 ASUN)
The Stetson women's basketball team commenced their 2023-24 season facing two formidable opponents, the Tulane Green Wave and the USF Bulls, unfortunately dropping both road games. The Hatters, determined to rebound from these early setbacks, are gearing up for their final game on the road during this three-game stretch as they head to High Point.

In their recent matchup against the Bulls, the Hatters faced early foul trouble and on the wrong end of a hot-shooting team from beyond the arc, finding themselves trailing 23-9 by the end of the first quarter. Undeterred, they displayed resilience in the second quarter, narrowing the gap to 31-21 by halftime. Despite a valiant effort from McNeal in the third quarter, bringing the deficit within seven points, the Bulls maintained their lead at 48-39. The fourth quarter witnessed a late surge from the Hatters, but they ultimately fell short, concluding the game with a score of 55-67.

Myers showcased her three-point prowess, as well, with 9 points, while Jamiya Turner added 8 points and 2 assists.
