DeLand, Fla. - Hatters' Volleyball will host Queens and Kennesaw State this weekend at the Edmunds Center. The games will be played on November 3 and 4 with both starting at 6pm.

History
Stetson has faced off against Queens twice with one of them being earlier this season. The Hatters won 3-2 in a nail biter on October 1. Their first matchup was on October 22 of last year with Stetson winning 3-0.

The Hatters will play the Owls for the 30
th time. Their most recent showdown was earlier this season on September 29 up in Georgia. These two teams first met on October 28, 2006, with Stetson winning 3-0.

Scouting the Hatters (11-13, ASUN 6-6)
Stetson is coming off a tough week where they went 0-2 dropping a match to FGCU after being up 2-0 and then giving Central Arkansas their first conference win of the season. A 6-6 conference record has the Hatters tied for sixth in the conference standings and two wins this weekend could bump them up higher. This team is led by
Anabelle Standish as she was the fourth player in the ASUN to reach the 300 kills mark this season. Standish leads the team with 310 kills followed by
Amaris Carter with 203. On the defensive side of the ball,
Haruka Sugimoto leads the team with 368 digs.
Sophia Groom leads the team with 103 blocks.

Scouting the Opponents (QU: 4-20, ASUN 1-11; KSU: 14-9, ASUN 7-5)
Jordyn Johnson leads the Royals in kills with 223 followed by Alleigh Johnson with 189. Knedall Buish leads the team in assists with 698. On defense the team is lead in digs by Jesse George with 304.

The Owls will come to DeLand on Saturday following a matchup against FGCU. Manu Johnsen leads Kennesaw in kills with 338 followed by Emma Schurfranz with 277. They are lead defensively by Shelby Dennis who has 373 kills and Oliva Burrage who leads the team with 92 blocks.

The Hatters will wrap up their season with a weekend road trip up to Jacksonville. They will take on Jacksonville at 7pm on November 10 before finishing the regular season against North Florida at 6pm on November 11.
