DELAND, FLA- UNCW has released an All-Tournament team from this past weekend's volleyball tournament, in which the Stetson Hatters went 2-1. Senior Outside Hitter Anabelle Standish and Sophomore Middle Blocker Sophia Groom were both named to the All-Tournament Team. 
 
Standish led the team with 43 kills over the three games. She also tallied four service aces, three assists and 41 digs. Groom led the team with 17 total blocks while also totaling 34 kills over the three matches.
 
The NCAA has also released their rankings after the first week of play. The Hatters rank 36^th in blocks per set with 2.83, 10^th in digs per set with 18.42, 26^th in opponent hit percentage at 0.108, 12^th in team attacks per set with 39.08, 9^th in team digs with 221, 18^th in team total attacks with 469, and 12^th in team total blocks with 34.
 
These rankings show the strength of the Stetson's defense through their first twelve sets played that can continue to improve as this team builds momentum through the season.
 
Adding to the accolades, the ASUN released their award winners for this week as well with the Hatters adding two more awards to their weekly total. Groom earned Defensive Player of the Week honors while Nyah Molina took home Setter of the Week. Molina tallied 111 assists over the twelve sets while adding eight kills, two service aces, 34 digs and seven total blocks.
 
The Hatters will travel to Statesboro, Georgia this upcoming weekend for the Eagle Invitational. They will face College of Charleston and George Washington on Friday September 1 at 12:30 and 4:00pm respectively. On September 2, they will take on Georgia Southern at 1:00pm.
