Softball Drops Both Games Against UCA

The Hatters fell twice to Central Arkansas on Friday 9-1 and 5-0.
 
In the first game, the Bears started off the scoring in the bottom of the second. Stetson answered in the top of the fourth as Kami Eppley brought in Michelle DiPuma to tie the game at one. In the bottom of the fifth though Central Arkansas scored eight runs to end the game in five innings. 
 
Stetson also fell in game two as they couldn't get any runs to cross the plate. Lauren Hobbs was in the circle and only two of the five runs that she gave up were earned as her defense committed two errors. Madelyn Synoracki and Kami Eppley both had multi-hit games with one of Eppley's hits being a double. 
 
Stetson and Central Arkansas will finish the season tomorrow March 30 at noon.
