DeLand, Fla. - The Hatters Volleyball team is happy to welcome Zuzanna Rut and Lauren Della to Stetson, for the 2024-2025 school year. 
 
Zuzanna Rut is a Middle Blocker who played last season at Indian River State College. She appeared in 23 matches tallying 88 kills, and 48 total blocks. The Poland native joins the Hatters in her junior season. 
 
"Zuzanna had very successful career in Junior college, and I am very glad that she will join us for finishing her college career at Stetson," said Coach Deng. "She will fit right in with what we need to continue improving our program."
 
Lauren Della joins the Volleyball team after playing on the Beach Volleyball team the last four years. Over those four seasons, Della has played in over 100 matches winning 55 of them on her way to two ASUN Championships. 
 
"She is experienced player who has had a major role for Stetson Beach Volleyball, and I am very excited to have her finish her fifth year for our indoor program" stated Coach Deng. "Her maturity as a player and person will help our program to set a great foundation with other returning players."
 
Rut and Della conclude the incoming class for the Hatters that saw four other freshmen join the team.
