Women's soccer fell to Bellarmine 2-1 in the final minute of the match Thursday night.
 
Stella Comana put the Hatters in the lead on a penalty kick in the twenty-second minute. She found the back of the net with her left foot from the penalty dot making her 2-2 on penalty kicks this season. Ashleigh Wise was able to keep the Knights off the board in the first half make all three saves on the shots that were on the net. 
 
The Hatters out shot the Knights in the second half, but Bellarmine scored twice.
 
Comana's goal was her third on the season which ties her with Annika Seem with second most on the team. 
 
Up next for Stetson is Eastern Kentucky on Sunday, September 29 at noon. The match has been moved from EKU Soccer Complex to Lexington Sporting Club Youth Complex.
