DeLand, Fla. — Stetson University (4-10-0, 1-4-0 ASUN) fell 4-1 to Jacksonville University (7-4-1, 4-1-0 ASUN) on Sunday afternoon at the Athletic Training Center.

Jacksonville struck early with two quick goals in the opening minutes, but the Hatters settled in and began to generate pressure of their own. Despite several corner opportunities, the Hatters entered halftime trailing 2-0.

Jacksonville added two late goals to secure the win, but Stetson kept pushing until the final whistle, highlighted by a late shot on goal from Ava Kooker.

Shelly led the way with her first career score, while Comana paced the attack with three shots, including two on target. Goalkeeper Mackenzie Caprez went the full 90 minutes, making two saves against 11 shots faced.
