Graduate guard Mary McMillan has opened her season strong as well, dishing out 22 assists and collecting a team-high eight steals through four contests.
Friday marks the first meeting in program history between Stetson and Trinity.
The Tigers enter at 1–5, earning their lone win in a 63–57 victory over Atlantis University. In that matchup, Lauren Sadowski recorded a 15-point, 12-rebound double-double with three blocks, and followed with seven points and eight rebounds in her next outing. Brynn Stambaugh added 10 points off the bench in the win before contributing nine more in her next start. As a team, Trinity averages 55.5 points per game, shoots 33% from the field, and secures 39 rebounds per game.
To celebrate Coach Bria's 300th career win, general admission tickets are just $3.00 for Friday's game. Fans are also encouraged to wear purple in recognition of Alzheimer's Awareness Night as the Hatters return home looking to build momentum.
