The Stetson University indoor volleyball team has been honored with the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for the 2024–25 academic year, recognizing the Hatters' continued excellence in the classroom.
Stetson was one of 1,450 teams from across the high school and collegiate ranks nationwide to receive the award, which is presented annually to programs that maintain a year-long team GPA of 3.30 or higher.
This year marks the 7th time in program history and the third consecutive year that the Hatters have earned this academic distinction.
Stetson concluded the 2024 season with a 5-22 record and is preparing for the upcoming 2025 campaign, which begins on August 29.
