DELAND, Fla. – Stetson University Athletics and adidas have has entered into a new multi-year agreement with BSN SPORTS that will make adidas the official uniforms, apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment provider for Hatter Athletics.
Beginning with the 2027-28 athletic year, Stetson's student-athletes, coaches and athletics staff will be outfitted in adidas apparel, footwear and equipment across each of the department's 21 intercollegiate athletics programs. BSN SPORTS will serve as Stetson Athletics' exclusive supplier, providing customized products and service throughout the partnership.
The new agreement represents an investment in the student-athlete experience while providing Stetson Athletics with an opportunity to elevate its brand visibility and maintain a consistent, recognizable look across the department.
"Our student-athletes are at the center of everything we do, and this partnership provides them with access to the industry's leading performance apparel, footwear and equipment," said Stetson Director of Athletics, Ricky Ray. "This agreement gives our student-athletes the resources and apparel that reflect the level of excellence we expect to achieve, and we are thrilled that adidas wanted to be a part of the momentum we are generating."
The partnership will provide Stetson's approximately 500 student-athletes with adidas products designed to support their performance, training and competition needs. Coaches and athletics staff also will benefit from access to adidas apparel and BSN SPORTS' collegiate service and equipment resources. Additionally, all members of the Stetson University community can benefit from the enhanced partnership to outfit departments, clubs, groups, and teams.
Beyond the competition arena, the agreement will strengthen Stetson Athletics' visual identity and increase the visibility of the Hatter brand. A consistent adidas presence across Stetson's teams, coaches and athletics staff will create a consistent brand identity that showcases the university through competition, recruiting, social media, community engagement and other external initiatives. Co-branded adidas/Stetson apparel will be available at a variety of retail outlets both online and around the DeLand community.

BSN SPORTS will provide Stetson Athletics with dedicated support for apparel and equipment sourcing, ordering and fulfillment. The partnership combines BSN SPORTS' collegiate service capabilities with adidas' performance products and global brand recognition.

The adidas partnership also complements Stetson Athletics' ongoing efforts to strengthen its brand and expand its visibility. The department recently announced a partnership with Affinity Licensing to enhance its trademark licensing program and expand retail and merchandising opportunities for the Stetson brand.
Together, those initiatives provide Stetson Athletics with additional opportunities to connect its student-athletes, alumni, fans and community while creating a stronger and more consistent Hatter identity.
