ASUN Play Continues as Hatters Host Central Arkansas, North Florida

DeLand, Fla. — Stetson men's basketball returns to DeLand to host Central Arkansas on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 8:00 p.m., before welcoming North Florida to Insight Credit Union Arena at the Edmunds Center on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 3:30 p.m.

Stetson enters the week with a 9–17 overall record and a 5–8 mark in ASUN play. Collin Kuhl has continued his strong stretch, recording his sixth double-double of the season against FGCU with a career-high 28 points and 12 rebounds. He is averaging 12.7 points and 6.1 rebounds per game while also contributing 18 assists, 24 steals, and six blocks.

Ethan Copeland remains a steady offensive presence, averaging 13.9 points per game while shooting 40 percent from three-point range and leading the team with 46 steals. Copeland has scored in double figures in 20 games this season, including 17 and 19 points in last week's contests. Calvin Sirmans III continues to orchestrate the offense, pacing the Hatters with a team-high 116 assists. Luke Moore rounds out the double-digit scorers at 10.3 points per game and paces Central Arkansas with 99 assists. North Florida comes into the week with a 6–21 overall record and a 4–10 ASUN mark. The Ospreys will host Austin Peay, currently atop the ASUN standings, prior to Saturday's contest. Kamrin Oriol leads North Florida in scoring at 20.5 points per game and also has a team-high 120 assists. Kent Jackson follows at 15.4 points per contest and leads the team with 24 steals. The Ospreys average 81 points per game while shooting 45 percent from the field, 36 percent from three-point range, and 78 percent from the free-throw line.

Thursday's game marks the eighth all-time meeting between Stetson and Central Arkansas. Saturday's contest will be the 43rd matchup between Stetson and North Florida, with the Hatters earning an 84–77 victory in the earlier meeting this season.
