DeLAND, Fla. — Stetson University beach volleyball has unveiled its 2026 schedule, highlighted by premier home tournaments, challenging nonconference road trips, and a competitive slate within the ASUN Conference.
In addition to announcing the upcoming season, the Hatters saw three standouts recognized on the Preseason All-ASUN Team:
Marta Carro,
Julia Radelczuk, and
Maria Ozaeta.
Marta Carro and
Julia Radelczuk were paired together for the entirety of last season, posting an impressive 26–8 overall record. The duo began the year competing on the No. 3 court and steadily climbed to the No. 1 position by the ASUN Championship.
Carro and Radelczuk earned multiple ranked victories, defeating No. 14 FIU, No. 17 and No. 19 North Florida, No. 20 Georgia State, No. 14 FAU, No. 3 Loyola Marymount, and No. 11 Long Beach. The pair went undefeated against conference opponents.
Their postseason accolades included AVCA Top Flight Awards, First Team All-ASUN honors, ASUN All-Freshman Team recognition, and ASUN All-Tournament Team selections, while combining to earn three weekly conference awards.
Maria Ozaeta teamed with
Katie Camp for nearly the entire season, finishing with a 20–14 record. The duo primarily competed on the No. 1 court, posting a 16–13 mark, and added a 5–1 record on the No. 2 court.
Ozaeta and Camp secured ranked wins over No. 17 and No. 19 North Florida, No. 3 TCU, No. 3 Loyola Marymount, No. 17 Hawai'i, and No. 18 Georgia State, while compiling a strong 7–2 record in conference play.
The Hatters open the season Feb. 20–21 at the Dolphin Duals in Jacksonville before hosting the Stetson Spring Fling Feb. 27–28 at the Cooper Beach Volleyball Complex.
A West Coast swing in early March includes matchups against national powers USC, LMU, Long Beach State, and others in California. Stetson returns home throughout March to host multiple invitationals before traveling to Arizona for the Sparky Invitational in early April.
The regular season concludes with The DeLand Cup (April 17–18) before postseason play begins at the ASUN Beach Volleyball Championship, scheduled for April 22–24.
