Thomas Named Finalist for 2026 Lilly Women’s College All-Star Game

DeLAND, Fla. —  Stetson women's basketball standout Cameron Thomas has been named a finalist for the 2026 Lilly Women's College All-Star Game, organizers announced Wednesday.

Thomas is one of 107 seniors from 75 schools across 19 conferences selected to the finalist list and is the lone representative from the ASUN Conference.

The Lilly Women's College All-Star Game will take place April 4 at Global Credit Union Arena on the campus of Grand Canyon University in Phoenix as part of national championship weekend. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN2 at 1 p.m. ET.

Inclusion on the finalist list recognizes the outstanding achievements of the nation's top seniors and highlights their impact as some of the most distinguished performers in women's college basketball.

Thomas capped another standout season for the Hatters in 2025–26, leading the ASUN with 507 total points while averaging 16.4 points per game. She shot 43.5 percent from the field and 36.7 percent from three-point range, ranking among the conference leaders in both categories.

The reigning ASUN Newcomer of the Year, Thomas returned this season as the conference's Preseason Player of the Year after leading the league with 530 total points during the 2024–25 campaign. She recorded nine 20-point performances this season, including a career-high 35-point outing in a road victory at UCF, tied for the fifth-most points in program history and securing Stetson's first win over the Knights in a decade.

Thomas also delivered a 32-point performance against Stonehill, knocking down seven three-pointers, tied for the second-most made threes in a single game in program history. She surpassed the 1,000-point mark at the Division I level late in the season, reaching the milestone in just two years.

The finalist list features a strong representation from the nation's power conferences. The SEC leads all leagues with 21 selections, followed by the Big Ten with 17 and the Big 12 with 15, while the ACC contributes 13 players. Together, those four conferences account for 66 of the 107 players on the list.

Among mid-major conferences, the Big East leads with six selections, followed by the Sun Belt with five. The American Athletic Conference, Atlantic 10, and America East each have four representatives, while the Mountain West and Ohio Valley each placed three players on the list. The Big West, Summit League, and West Coast Conference each feature two selections, with single representatives from the CAA, Missouri Valley, Ivy League, Big Sky, and ASUN, with Thomas representing the Hatters and the conference.

At the program level, UCLA leads all schools with six players on the watch list. Kentucky, Michigan State, South Carolina, and UConn each placed three players on the list, while several other programs—including Alabama, Baylor, Clemson, Duke, LSU, Maryland, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Richmond, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas Tech, UC Irvine, Vanderbilt, Vermont, and West Virginia—each feature multiple selections.

The event is operated by Intersport, which has a long history of producing premier college basketball events. The Chicago-based agency previously launched the Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Challenge in 1998 and partnered with the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame and ESPN to stage the Women's Tip-Off Classic, showcasing top programs in early-season matchups. Today, Intersport continues to operate several major men's and women's college basketball events throughout the season.
