DeLand, Fla. — Fresh off capturing its sixth ASUN Championship, Stetson softball learned its postseason destination during Sunday's NCAA Selection Show as the Hatters were selected to the Tallahassee Regional.
Stetson will join Florida State, UCF, and Jacksonville State in the regional field hosted by the Seminoles at JoAnne Graf Field in Tallahassee, Florida.
The Hatters will open NCAA Tournament play against Florida State on Friday, May 15 at noon on ESPNU. Additional game times for the remainder of the regional will be announced later this week.
Stetson enters the NCAA Tournament with a 36-20 overall record after winning the 2026 ASUN Championship on Saturday in Jacksonville. The Hatters secured the conference's automatic bid with a 4–0 victory over Central Arkansas, marking the program's first ASUN Tournament title since 2014.
Friday's matchup will mark the nineteenth and latest chapter in the in-state rivalry between Stetson and Florida State, with the Hatters making their return to the NCAA Tournament stage.
