DeLAND, Fla. – Stetson University women's basketball has announced its complete 2026-27 schedule, featuring 32 regular-season contests and 15 home games as the Hatters begin their first season under head coach Melissa DeVore.

DeVore takes over a Stetson program coming off one of its strongest seasons in recent years. The Hatters finished 20-11 overall in 2025-26, earned the No. 4 seed in the ASUN Championship and advanced to the conference semifinals after knocking off defending champion Florida Gulf Coast in the quarterfinal round.

The DeVore era officially tips off at home on Nov. 2 when Stetson welcomes Flagler to the Edmunds Center before the Hatters embark on one of the most challenging stretches of their non-conference slate.

Stetson will play five consecutive road games from Nov. 4-19, a stretch highlighted by three matchups against ACC opponents and another against the Big 12. The Hatters travel to Louisville on Nov. 4 for the first meeting between the programs before heading south to face Miami on Nov. 8.

A trip to FIU follows on Nov. 10, setting up a rematch of last season's WNIT opening-round thriller in Miami. Stetson's 2025-26 campaign came to an end against the Panthers in a 76-73 overtime battle that featured nine ties and 11 lead changes.

The road swing continues Nov. 15 with another program first as Stetson visits Clemson before concluding Nov. 19 at UCF. Louisville, Miami and Clemson give the Hatters three ACC tests over a span of 12 days, while the matchup with the Knights adds a Big 12 opponent to the early-season gauntlet. The Louisville and Clemson contests will mark Stetson's first meetings with each program.

"This schedule is going to test us, and that's exactly what we want," DeVore said. "We're building something in year one, and we're not looking for the easy road. We want to compete against great teams, learn from every experience and continue to get better. When conference play starts, we want to be battle-tested, confident and ready to compete. We're excited for what's ahead!"

Stetson returns to DeLand to face Wright State on Nov. 22 before making the short trip to Daytona Beach for the Daytona Beach Shootout. The Hatters will take on Robert Morris on Nov. 25 before facing Boise State on Nov. 27.

December opens with Florida A&M visiting the Edmunds Center on Dec. 1 before Stetson hosts Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 7.

The Hatters then head west for a pair of road contests, beginning with a first-ever meeting against UT Arlington on Dec. 12 before visiting Abilene Christian on Dec. 14.

Stetson returns home to host the Hatters Holiday Hoops Classic on Dec. 20-21. Longwood will visit DeLand on Dec. 20 before the Hatters face Towson the following day.

The Hatters remain at home to close the calendar year, welcoming Central Arkansas on Dec. 29 and Little Rock on Dec. 31.

Stetson concludes its non-conference slate on Jan. 3 with a road trip to Tarleton. The matchup will mark the first meeting between the two programs.

ASUN action begins Jan. 9 with a road matchup against Florida Gulf Coast, renewing a rivalry that produced a pair of memorable Stetson victories last season. The Hatters return to DeLand for their first two league home games against West Florida on Jan. 14 and Queens on Jan. 16.

Stetson then embarks on a four-game road swing, visiting Lipscomb on Jan. 21, Bellarmine on Jan. 23, North Florida on Jan. 28 and Jacksonville on Jan. 30.

The Hatters open February with back-to-back home games against Bellarmine on Feb. 4 and Lipscomb on Feb. 6 before road contests at Queens on Feb. 11 and West Florida on Feb. 13.

Stetson returns home to host Florida Gulf Coast on Feb. 20 before closing the regular season with consecutive home contests against Jacksonville on Feb. 25 and North Florida on Feb. 27.

The 2027 ASUN Women's Basketball Championship is scheduled to begin March 3.

Game times will be announced at a later date.
