Biography
Prior to Stetson
- Took part in the Bartow HS International Baccalaureate program from 2015-17 before finishing at Santa Fe Catholic High School
- Was a top honor roll student and a member of the French Honor Society
- Played on the Santa Fe volleyball team in 2018, helping that squad to a 20-6 record
- Cheered for the Brandon All-Stars from 2013-17, helping that squad to a pair of NCA championships, three Cheersport titles and seven Florida State Championships
- Was a Bronze Summit Champion, four-time National Champion and seven-time State Champion
- Was a 2016 NCA Cheer champion with the junior level 4 Brandon All-Stars

- Full name is Ella Beth Katenkamp
- Was born on June 14, 2001, in Lakeland
- Is the daughter of Erik and Tasha Katenkamp
- Has two brothers, Seth (6/7/1999) and Alex (10/1/2007)
- Her uncle, Tom Katenkamp, played college football at Notre Dame and Cincinnati in the early 1970s
- Enjoys biking, exploring, spending time with friends and her dogs and going to the gym
- Chose Stetson over Cincinnati and Xavier
- Is a Psychology major
- Wants to get into criminal law or work for the FBI
