Biography
Prior to Stetson
- Was a member of the track & field team at Edgewater HS
- Qualified for regionals four times
- Was a junior Olympic Qualifier and medalist every year from 2008-12
- Competed in 100 and 200-meter dash, 4x100 and 4x400 meter relay, shot put and 1,500-meter race walk
- Was a teammate of Teahna Daniels, a member of the Team USA Track & Field team who qualified to compete in the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games
- Was an Dean's List student and a member of the National Honor Society as well as the International Thespian Society
- Was a member of the Florida Elite Track Club
- Attended Valencia College in Orlando for a year before enrolling at Stetson
- Chose Stetson over UCF, FSU, New York University, Marymount Manhattan College and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy

- Is the son of Jimmie Dennis and Michell Young
- Has two brothers - Nathan Shaw (4/4/87) and Joseph Dennis (8/30/90) - and one sister, Briana Dennis Cooper (4/22/98)
- Is a Theatre Arts major who enjoys singing, dancing, photography and video production
- Plans to have a career as a professional stage actor with the goal of performing on Broadway
