Prior to Stetson
- Was a UCA Cheer All-American for coaches Chelsea Blanton and Kiki Brown at Rutherford High
- Was also an NCA Cheer All-America nominee
- Competed in soccer, volleyball, softball and cross country in addition to cheer
- Received awards for Academic distinction for three year and Academic Honors one year
- Graduated high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA
- Chose Stetson over LSU, Mercer, Samford and Ohio State

- Full name is Zoe Dawn Simmons
- Was born on August 15, 2002, in Panama City
- Is the daughter of Doug Phillips and Hope Simmons
- Has three siblings - Jordan Simoneaux (10/6/1991), Alex Simoneaux (8/27/1994) and Kamryn Simmons (10/2/2000)
- Enjoys reading, dancing and being on the water
- Is a Health Science major
- Plans to pursue a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy
