Niatha Cullen begins her third year as a Graduate Assistant at Stetson University.  She is pusuing a Master's of Science Degree in Clinical/Mental Health Counseling.

In 2015, Cullen was an integral part of the beach volleyball program that won the Atlantic Sun regular season and conference championship, qualified for the AVCA Collegiate Sand Volleyball Championship, and finished the season ranked sixth in the nation in both the AVCA and DiG Magazine polls.

Cullen arrived at Stetson from Jacksonville University where she competed for two years on the indoor team and three years on the sand team.  She earned the sand program's first-ever win in 2012 with partner Nicole Teplitz, and she won the Firsta on Siesta Key Silver Division bracket in 2013 with partner Kendall Courtney.

Cullen graduated from Jacksonville in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching.  She landed a spot on the President's Honor Roll in each of her first three years and was a Dean's List honoree as a senior.  She also earned A-Sun All-Academic Team honors three times during her career.

A native of Chana, Ill., Cullen was a four-year letterwinner for the Oregon High School volleyball and softball teams.  She has three younger siblings.
