Belmont Tops Women's Basketball

DeLand, Fla. ? The Belmont Bruins outlasted the Hatters, taking a conference win 72-56 this afternoon at the Edmunds Center.

Junior Vlendy Roldan (Kissimmee, Fla.) earned a career-high 16 points to lead, and her first double-double of the season with 10 rebounds.  Roldan went 5-11 from the field including 6-8 from the line to lead her teams effort this afternoon.

Belmont's Destri Bockey tallied a season best 21 points to lead the Bruins to victory.
