Saturday's championship match will be played at 3 p.m.
"I am very proud of everybody," Stetson head coach Kristina Hernandez said. "I felt like we worked hard for every single point, we didn't give away anything easy, and I think all around as a team we were really aggressive."

"To be able to close each match out in two sets really shows just how much importance everybody is putting into what we're doing right now," Hernandez said. "It's nice to start the tournament like this. Hopefully, it will set the tone for the rest of the weekend and give us some extra confidence as we go on."
At the No. 1 seed, Julie Bassett and Kaley Melville extended their win streak to 19 with a 21-14, 21-9 victory over the Ospreys' top pair of Cari Whitmire and Cameron McGuire. At No. 2, Kristin Lind and Maren Rygh were victorious over Tessa Alyman and Tanner Garbutt, 21-15, 21-18.
