DeLand, Fla. -- The Stetson beach volleyball team picked up two more Atlantic Sun Conference victories on Saturday, defeating FGCU 4-1 and Jacksonville 5-0 at the Cooper Beach Volleyball Courts.
The ninth-ranked Hatters (13-1, 4-0 A-Sun) have now won seven in a row overall and 13 out of 14 matches this season. Stetson has also won 14 consecutive regular season conference matches dating back to 2014.
Stetson's top seed of Vendy Strakova and Sara Putt improved to 14-0 on the season, earning a 21-8, 21-11 win over FGCU and a 21-19, 21-9 victory over Jacksonville.
At the No. 2 seed, Kristin Lind and Rachel Noble claimed a 20-22, 21-15, 15-8 victory over the Eagles and a 21-12, 21-18 win over the Dolphins.
On the No. 3 court, Kaylee Anderson and Emily Carroll won both matches in straight sets, 23-21, 21-13 vs. FGCU and 21-18, 21-14 vs. Jacksonville.
Stetson's No. 4 seed of Madison Akins and Lauren Durham won 21-14, 21-18 vs. FGCU and 19-21, 21-15, 15-10 against JU.
Against Jacksonville, Jamie Walsh and Alexa Richardson won at the No. 5 seed 21-9, 21-19.
Atlantic Sun play continues as Stetson hosts UNF at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
