Hatters Head All the Way North to Battle NDSU

Off to its best start since the turn of the century, Stetson men's basketball makes its first visit to Fargo, N.D., to Face North Dakota State, 8 p.m., Saturday. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN3.
 
The Hatters (4-2) are enjoying their best start since the 1999-2000 team also opened the season with a 4-2 record. Stetson picked up its second road overtime win of the season on Wednesday with an 81-77 victory at South Alabama. Five different hatters scored in double figures, led by freshman Abayomi Iyiola's 16 points.
 
The Bison (2-2) have won their last two games, including an 80-66 win over Florida A&M on Wednesday.
 
Stetson continues play in Hoops in the Heartland Benefitting Men Against Breast Cancer on Monday at Green Bay.
 
News & Notes
•At 4-2, the Hatters are off to their best 6-game start since the 1999-2000 team also started 4-2
•The Hatters have won twice already in overtime this season. They haven't done that since the 2005-06 campaign.
•This is Stetson's first visit to Fargo the first meeting between the Hatters and Bison
•Stetson enters Saturday seeking its third road win of the season in three tries. The Hatters only won three road games all of last season.
