Hatters Welcome Niagara for Friday Afternoon Meeting

Stetson Lacrosse returns to action on Friday when the Hatters host Niagara at 4 p.m. at the Athletic Training Center. Admission is free.

The Hatters (0-4) enter Friday's affair looking for their first win of the 2017 season. Stetson nearly picked up its initial win on Monday but were edged, 20-18, against La Salle. Sophomore Sandra Stephan scored a career-high four goals and had five ground balls against the Explorers. Sam Maguire and Shelby Lehmann scored three goals apiece.

Niagara (2-2) suffered a 12-8 loss at Jacksonville on Wednesday. Alexis Morales scored four goals for the Purple Eagles against JU, and leads the squad with 15 in four games.
