Hatters Fall 3-0 to Florida Atlantic

DeLand, Fla. -- The Stetson volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-17, 25-9, 25-13) to Florida Atlantic Saturday afternoon at the Edmunds Center.

The Owls posted 49 kills in three sets and hit .337 as a team. FAU completed the Stetson Invitational with a perfect 3-0 mark.

Anna Bezhan had six kills to lead the Hatters (0-2). Naina Ivanova collected 15 assists and Danielle Sink picked up eight digs.

Stetson recorded five blocks as a team including solo blocks from Shelby Connors and Eva Deisa.

The Hatters will return to action at 6 p.m. against Stephen F. Austin.
