Hatters Host Lipscomb on Wednesday






Stetson men's soccer continues ASUN Conference play when the Hatters host Lipscomb, 7 p.m., Wednesday at the Athletic Training Center.
 
The Hatters (3-4 overall, 1-0 ASUN) enter Wednesday's match following a 1-0 win at North Florida on Saturday. Junior Ian McCauley scored the game-winning goal in the 85th minute, earning ASUN Player of the Week honors in the process.
 
Stetson has won two straight and three of its last five matches since starting the season 0-2. Opponents have scored just four goals in those five games.
 
Lipscomb (5-3, 1-0) opened ASUN play with a 4-0 win at USC Upstate last Saturday. The Bisons currently lead the ASUN in scoring with 15 goals. Logan Paynter tops Lipscomb with five goals.
