PDF NOTES | Stetson (PDF)

After playing just two games in the first 17 days of the season, the Hatters' schedule is about to get busy.

Stetson will play three games in three days this weekend at the Challenge in Music City.  The Hatters will face Marist (3-0) at 1 p.m. Friday, Wright State (1-3) at 1 p.m. Saturday, and Hofstra (2-2) at 1 p.m. Sunday at Nashville's Municipal Auditorium.

Stetson will continue its road trip at Alabama on Tuesday for a stretch of four games in five days.

Averaging just 54.5 points-per-game, the Hatters are looking to jump-start their offense. In last Wednesday's game vs. UCF, Stetson drained 11 3-pointers and shot 42 percent from behind the arc.  McKenna Beach hit four 3-pointers, while Bianca Fizouaty (3), Addi Walters (2), and Mackenzie Davis (2) combined for the other seven.

For the season, the Hatters rank second in the ASUN in 3-point shooting at 34.9 percent.  Inside the arc, however, Stetson has been held to just 29.3 percent.

Beach has hit the 20-mark in each of the first two games this season.  She leads the ASUN in 3-point shooting (.600) and has been on the court for all 80 minutes.  The Hatter senior will be playing in her 100th career game on Friday.

Megan Vincent ranks second in the ASUN in both rebounding (9.5) and blocks-per-game (2.0).

Stetson leads the all-time series 2-0 over Marist.  The teams will be meeting for the first time since 2014 - a 57-50 Stetson win in Waco, Texas.  Stetson and Wright State will be meeting for the second year in a row.  The Raiders defeated the Hatters 64-59 in Savannah last season.  Stetson and Hofstra last met in the 2012 season opener in Daytona Beach with the Pride winning 77-75.

There will be no live video coverage of the tournament. However, live stats, Twitter (@StetsonWBB), and the HatCheck text messaging service will provide live updates.
