The Hatters picked up a pair of convincing ASUN Conference victories last weekend with wins at USC Upstate and NJIT … freshman Danel Ashirova won twice in singles play, including a match-clinching victory at NJIT in which she staved off three match points before winning the third set … Ashirova, Arijana Korac, Lucie Renault, Vicky Geurinckx and Brooke Milner each went 2-0 in singles … the Hatters close out their home schedule this weekend when they host conference foes Kennesaw State and Lipscomb.
