Hatters Visit Miami, UCF This Weekend

Stetson women's soccer faces two more road games this weekend as the Hatters visit Miami, 7 p.m., Thursday, and UCF, 6 p.m., Sunday.
 
The Hatters (2-3) played just once last weekend but found success in a 4-1 win over Georgia Southern. Freshmen led the way for the Hatters in the win, as Maggie Struble recorded the 10th hat trick in program history to earn ASUN Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors. Struble leads the Hatters and ranks third in the league with four goals.
 
Fellow freshmen Sydney McKee and Britney Bertram also impacted the win, with McKee scoring her first collegiate goal and Bertram finishing with two assists.

About the Game: The Knights host Arizona State on Thursday before welcoming their former ASUN Conference rival on Sunday … this will be the 22nd meeting all-time between the Hatters and Knights … UCF has won each of the 21 previous meetings in a series which dates back to 1993, the first year of Stetson's program … so far this season the Knights have faced North Texas (T), Wisconsin (L), Ohio State (T), George Mason (T), and Florida (W).
