The Hatters split a pair of matches in Tallahassee, Fla., last week, falling at No. 2 Florida State and sweeping Florida A&M … while the Hatters were swept against the Seminoles, senior Lucie Renault was leading her match on Court 3 (6-4, 1-2) when play was halted … against FAMU, the Hatters won all three doubles matches and swept singles … five of the six singles matches were straight set wins … Danel Ashirova, Brooke Milner, Renault, Noa Cohen, Vicky Geurinckx and Laia Pasini were all victorious in singles … Megan Horwitz played an extra match against the Rattlers and she swept her opponent as well.
