He has also been on the ASUN Academic Honor Roll multiple times and has been on the Dean's List at Stetson every semester of his time on campus.

As we learn on episode six of Hatter Chatter … The Podcast, presented by Insight Credit Union, MacNeil has never made less than an A throughout his academic life. It is that kind of determination to be the best that brought him to Stetson for school, and it is the same determination that got him through a serious injury during the 2018 season.

MacNeil discusses his memories of playing baseball in Cooperstown, NY, as a child, of playing in his home town as a freshman for the Hatters and shares his memories of that remarkable 2018 season and what it was that made the Hatters special that year.

MacNeil also looks to what the future may hold for Hatters baseball, especially if the teams' three other seniors join him for one more chance to make memories on the field at Stetson.
