Preview
Following a come-from-behind doubleheader victory over FGCU on Wednesday, the Stetson Hatters (12-6) will travel to Columbia, S.C. this weekend for the Gamecock Grand Slam. Stetson will face four ranked opponents at Wheeler Beach, beginning with a rematch with No. 1 Florida State at 1 p.m. Saturday. Live scoring will be available at gamecocks.statbroadcast.com.

In the Polls
The Hatters are ranked 16th in the nation in this week's AVCA Beach Top 20 Poll. It is Stetson's 56th consecutive appearance in the AVCA poll. 


Top 20 Wins
The Hatters have four Top 20 wins this season and nine Top 20 wins since the start of the 2020 season. 

Wins Leader
With her 97th career win Wednesday, senior Carly Perales surpassed former teammate Rachel Noble (2016-19) for the most dual match victories in program history.  She needs three more wins to reach 100.

Plus 107
The Stetson beach volleyball program is in its 10th season of competition.  The Hatters have an all-time record of 190-83 and own the third-highest all-time wins total in the NCAA behind USC (221) and Florida State (217).

Pairs of the Week
Ana Costa and Carly Perales were named ASUN Pair of the Week on Wednesday for the second time this season.  The duo was also selected on March 10.

Big Comeback
Yasmin Kuck and Gabriella Bramante staved off two match points and rallied from a 11-6 third-set deficit to help Stetson defeat FGCU 3-2 on March 24.  

Streaking
The Head Coach
Stetson head coach Kristina Hernandez, a four-time ASUN Coach of the Year, is in her eighth season with the Hatters. She has a record of 168-64. She is tied with UCLA's Stein Metzger as the second all-time winningest coach in the NCAA and tied for first among active coaches.
